I hav taken HBL from SBI RACPC KOL-700071.Till last disbursement from RACPC ,Jeevandeep Building ,kolkata-700071 was OK,but disbursement req on22/11/12 they didn't disbursed&on dtd 24/11/12 wrote a letter to me that they have send my all relevant document to RACPC BIDHANNAGAR,1/16,VIP ROAD KOL-700054 INCLUDING DISBURSEMENT REQ.On 3/12/12 i received a letter written on dtd.27/11/12, in which cheque/DD no-118624&118625 dtd-27/11/12 &RACPC/BID/12/5687&5689 issued to SIDHA REAL STATE DEV PVT LTD with wrong A/C no.As a result the cheques couldn't encash.Builder intimates me regarding wrong A/C no, due to which cheques couldn't encash. i tryed over telephone nos given in SBI letter but sorry to say that nobody responded.Then i send a person to RACPC BIDHANNAGAR BANK ,after many request one person responded &told me to bring back the WRONG CHEQUES/DD then only they will issue new cheques for which i am not responsible.&it is not possible for me to go from ODISHA where i am working in PSU, TO KOLKATTA to do the above&WHO WILL PAY INTEREST FOR DELAY IN PAYMENT FOR WHICH I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE? Hence you are requested to solve the matter&take n.a. &STOP HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMER.My SBI HOME LOAN A/C NO-[protected].I tryed make complain through sbi online registration but branch locater couldn't activated as a result the complain transferred to my home branch &probably they will send closer report because they are not related. My mob no :- [protected].Today ie dt:-7/1/13 i again send a person to RACPC BIDHANNAGAR BANK with wrong cheques/DD issued by them along with xerox copy of money receipt of builder"s bank where i send the maney through RTGS,&asked to deposited the amount to my a/cfrom where my EMI is deducted, but they refused&conved me that i have to come personally there.Now i have to comedown to KOL,SBI BANK from ORISSA.PLEASE AGAIN STOP HARASSMENT TO CUSTOMERS&TAKE n.a .
