On[protected], at 13-25 Hrs., Sharmistha Ghosh, a trainee Officer from Zonal Office, State Bank Of India has rang me from the Telephone No. +[protected] to my mobile no. [protected] and misbehaved with me by using unparliamentary words over telephone and also warned me to insult me and my husband using external people while I was on duty at my College, checking Examination Answer-Scripts of B.tech Engineering Courses, by raising allegations which was is not true. I had taken a Personal Loan from SBI, Elgin Road Branch in 2005 and had sincerely tried to pay the scheduled EMI though sometimes I could not pay the same due to my serious Financial Constraints. Though my recent contact no. and my whereabouts were furnished in the Elgin Road Branch, Sharmistha Ghosh has raised false allegations of not having the same, though my all attempts were in vain.
I am holding the position of Asstt. Professor in a reputed Institute and I have been terribly insulted by the misbehaviour made by Sharmistha Ghosh and in a mental traumatic condition.
I need that these type of misbehaviour should be stopped immediately and the Banking Spokesperson has no right to behave with the Customers in this way when we, the Customers are always there to help the Bank and these Banks are using Public money for their survival.
