Shriram Finance Pvt Ltd — Harassment

My Name is Clifford.
I had taken an TV load in the year 2005 from Shriram Finance and had cleared the same in 8th month emi scheme.
Now the Shriram Is claiming that i have not paid their dues. How can a company claims the due after 7 years and if a person does not pay EMI for more than 2 month, the company take the belonging given on loan under their custody. This loan is of 7years old and i do not have any data or of which account i had paid. Shriram itself does not have the detail but still they are claiming for it.

It mean Shriram is harrassing or they do not keep the track on the data.
Please help me to sort this ..can anyone help me in taking action on Shriram Fianace.
