Lobocart — Pen drive

Hello sir,
I placed a Order on February 16 for Pen Drive and my order no is #[protected].

You send me the email message that once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. I want to know when my order is shipped and deliver to me its almost 4 days that i have no information about tracking order.
I also phoned on lobocart customer care but phone is switch off.
Pls look the matter and help me
