Local — didnt receive order

I placed order of electric car on 8 december. The person told me to do half amount online payment. I did bank transaction on same day. The bike was supposed to come on 11 december but i didn’t receive. On asking he said to pay the full amount. So i did bank transaction of full amount. The bike was supposed to come on 14 december but it still didn’t come. On asking the person, he stopped replying or opening my messages and didn’t pick calls. Now he has blocked me.
