I request you to please give attention to the problem of clogged drains in the Shibli Bagh, Hamdard nagar area where some dairy owner/s instead of properly disposing off the dairy wastes discharge all the dairy wastes in the drains. As a result the drains get filled up with refuse and overflow thus depositing all that filth on the roadside. The deputed staff also do not wish to clean the clogged drains and work casually on those drains which are on the other side with not enough water flowing. As a result the drain water keeps standing and overflowing making the conditions worse. I have to hire my own resources to periodically clean the drain as well as the refuse which gets deposited in front of my house too but the municipal personnel do not bother to get the extracted debris removed which finally gets into the drain.
Considering your prompt efforts to solve the problems through this customer portal I feel hopeful that some action will be taken towards it .
