Local Resident — Throwing garbage which is then spread by stray dogs

Hi, I would like to make a complaint against the resident of house no D-40. That are throwing garbage bags at the corner of the street and in front of other houses. We have notified this to them several times but they seem to doing this intentionally. They use to throw baby diapers even which the stray dogs spread everywhere and the whole area stinks. I request you to please ask the concerned authorities to take proper action against this. We feel helpless as they are always rdy to fight if notified. The concerned address of the house is D 40 Rajgarh colony, street no 4, Gandhi nagar, Delhi 31. The name of the owner is jagdish Lal. Please take proper action. Thank you
