Local Residents — Open garbage burning

Hi,

I live in civil lines colony and want to raise concern regarding frequent garbage burning in the open areas by local residents.
Such incidents are further worsening the air quality and causing severe breathing problems.
Many asthmatic patients and old people live here. This has also become a problem for people who contracted corona and whose lungs are now damaged to a great extent.
There has been an incident in which garbage is being burnt under electric pole and with the trees nearby(pic attached) which can someday cause major fire accident.
Kindly take action and prevent such incidents from happening in future.
