I got a fraudulent Call from Mobile Number, [protected] in reference to Lemon Tree Hotel, Aurangabad booking on Dec 23rd 2023. He made a fraud payment of Rupees 1, 82, 737 from my CITIBank Credit Card No. ending with 7060. Please help me in getting my money back from this Company. I have filed a complaint in Cyber Cell as well regarding this transaction.
The below are the 2 spoof sites for Lemon Tree Hotel websites which are owned by these fraudsters. Surprisingly both are secured sites.

The number which is listed in Contact Us is the one I got the call from.
I complained to Lemon Tree Hotels and sent an official email about this Fraud already. They are aware of these sites and no action was taken from them yet. They are least bothered about their customers.
I complained to Citibank immediately after the fraud transactions had happened on Dec 23rd 2023 for raising the dispute requests and blocked the card. I also informed them that I registered a complaint with Cyber Crime too and shared the acknowledgement reference for stopping the settlements but they could not stop the payment to the Merchant. Fraud happened to me on Dec 23rd 2023 and I got an SMS on Dec 27th that the merchant has not claimed the amount yet. When I called Citibank on Dec 28th 2023, they informed me that the amount was settled on Dec 26th. Why did I get the false information on Dec 27th that the funds were not claimed by the merchant and later informed that it was claimed on Dec 26th itself. I am not too concerned on this but why didn't they STOP settling the funds when I raised the dispute within a few minutes after it happened and blocked the card. What is the use of raising a dispute if they cannot help before the funds are settled???? We get calls for some genuine payments asking to verify either through SMS/phone call. Now, I am worried if I say no for such messages/calls, I am sure the Banks will not be of any help in such cases. I am pissed off with the way CitiBank has handled this case even though it was for very high amount transaction.
I want Lemon Tree and Citibank to refund my fraud transactions as both of them responsible for my loss.
I request Consumer Forum to send notices to Locon Solutions, CitiBank and Lemon Tree Hotels to refund my amount at the earliest.
