Locon Solutions Private Ltd — cyber fraud - through my two different icici credit cards.

On December 12, 2023, while attempting to book a room at Lemon Tree Premier Pune, I was a victim of cyber fraud. A fraudulent phone number ([protected]), falsely listed as the hotel's contact on Google, led me to a scammer. This individual deceived me into making four unauthorized transactions on my two credit cards. Specifically, INR 5200 and INR 488, 590 were charged to the card ending in 0002, and INR 488, 640 and INR 997, 640 were charged to the card ending in 6008. Being in Pune at the time, I promptly filed a police report at the Cyber Police Station in Shivaji Nagar. I also filed an online complaint with the cyber cell, which was later converted into a First Information Report (FIR). Despite these reports in both Pune and Delhi, and even with the beneficiary company, "LOCON SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LTD, " identified, the police have taken no discernible action.
