Macrotech developers handed over the unit ( LODHA AMARA, KOLSHET ROAD, THANE WEST, 400607. Wing 03, Flat number 606) to me on 29/8/2021 2:00 PM. I had enquired many times about any hidden dues from Lodha amara they have been keep saying no due from developer everything cleared. but on 27 th oct 2021 thane mahanagarpalika sent notice in the name of macrotech developers saying there is due of property tax around 40k, notice attached as below
I have been following macrotech lodha Accout head Yogini for clearing the dues thorugh mails and contacted through calls as well
keep on giving excuses such fund is processed but no evidence of any fund transfer nor any due clearance evidence seen
i request to help me on this
