I have purchased a flat in lodha Code Name Premier, Dombivali Manpada unit no. B1405, Casa Foresta Lodha Code Name Premier building … i also opted for a home loan from lodha fincorp ie L&T FINANCE since lodha promised me that their banker will handle everything for me and get my loan amount disbursed on time.
I had already shared all relevant documents to the banker on time in coordination with Lodha..

All my interaction with the banker was shared with lodha and their Relationship Manager was also in touch with banker regarding the disbursement of loan..

All of a sudden i receive a mail from lodha that have to pay an interest of 320123/- rupees for late disbursement charges.

First of al lodha assigned a banker to me from the microtech developer.. Secondly the loan process was done from the banker for which the feedback and mails were already shared with lodha..

According to the banker the loan was released to lodha basis completion for RCC work done by them, banker was repeatedly telling that there was no delay in disbursal of loan payment..

I also have a confirmation from their Relationship Manager as well as from Sales person from lodha that no interest would be charged and it would be 100 % waived off even if it is levied..

Today i receive an email stating that only 66735/- rupees has been waived of on my interest.

This is a pure loot from lodha to their customer and their customer support is not at all giving proper reply whenever customer writes an email for any query, this builder is cheating their customers day light to make money.

I wont be paying a single penny interest to the builder for such poor service and would request a complete waive of on my interest … i have all the evidence to showcase my interaction with the lodha and their false claims...

Humble request is that kindly intervene and help me to resolve this issue
