Hello,
I had noticed one thing about this Company is it is Managed by the Lady Employees who are working in it .The MD is a Rubber stamp of his wife who is deciding who all should be removed from the company .She is deciding all these factors with respect to the words from some OLD LADY Employees who had been working there from the beginning .They won't get a good job from any other Company, and so they are ruling in this company and trying to stay here itself like ants . They are having more power in this company and holding the positions like HR, Senior PHP Programmer - Lead etc.
If a lady employee who is young and beautiful comes to this office, then they will be terminated within 10 months or maximum 1 year .
These two lady employees are so much jealous of beautiful young ladies who have talents .
They will not allow any other lady employees who is appointed in PHP development to grow i this company ..
Need to STOP these LADIES ruling, and need to keep them OUT from this Company .
STOP YOUR RULING IN THIS COMPANY,
