Not able to access mails properly from last six months.
When we try to login within few minutes of time it's getting longgout.
We have raised the compliants from last six months and issue is not solved.
Its worst experiance had with this bigrock. Even customer care also worst they make us to wait for half an hour in call and without any notice they disconnect the call.
When we raise the complaint, customer care persons say technical team will get back to us but in mail they say we have solved the proble. Even to contact technical team is also not possible.
