Unable to login into my account using email id and when i try with phone it so pen a new account
Multiple time you guys have asked me my past order details, pincode address govt. Id and lot many things over the call also.
On 9th October I had conversation with escalation manager for the same and he said with 3 working dyas it will be resolved. 3 working days are over on the 12 October midnight 12:00am stilll i m not able to log in.
Just for the small issues they are taking 16 days to solve the issue.
Now as there is no process update from your team no resolution to the me complaint your team had wasted lot of time and energy of mine Was this information helpful? |
