I booked a consignment on 1st of July 2024 with LogisticMart. A person Named Lucky Mehta called me and sent a Vehicle with Vehicle No. DL 51 E- V 9381 and collected the Goods from my home . he then charged me Rs.1200 for the Packing and Rs. 5400 for the transportation and told me to pay the money in advance. I paid the entire money and then he provided a fake Way bill number of a foreign Service provider.
After all the follow ups, he blocked both my numbers and didnt got the goods delivered. I then tracked and found all the goods broken and scrapped.
A refund of charges of 6600 and Damaged goods Rs. 50000 is my claim Was this information helpful? |
