Shypmax Company is a totally Fraud and fake company...Beware from doing business with them...They have lost my Parcel worth 25K plus the shipping charges for Italy...Its been 2months now they are are not delivering and asking for more payment to deliver...I have seen this for the 1st time in my Career.
They have earlier that my parcel is delivered but when followed with them informing them that the parcel is not received and give details of the POD...They had no answer to it and after regular follow up from 50 days now they say that since the consignee could not collect on time so the time has expired now you have to raise a a new duplicate AWB and do the payment again for the parcel delivery...Cheaters they are... Have attach the File where they show they first delivered...then again after followup the parcel returned to ware house showing from last 6-7 weeks
