I purchased logitech z625 speaker set from authorized dealer in nehru place named rainbow computers. Last month its subwoofer developed fault, & i tried to contact authorized service center in okhla & janakpuri. All of them refused to repair as the warranty was over. I was ready to pay repair cost but denied as they don't provide any service support post warranty period ( which is 1 yr). Which clearly means the company cheating people by not providing service & bound them to either get repaired for unauthorized shops/or throw it in trash.
