Logonutility — Not refunding the amount which is paid

I have contacted them for Bulk SMS service and i Paid 9440/-. and they told to submit the required documents and i sent it, but they are telling they need some other documents i don't know what documents they asking. ask per the registration of temple trust i submitted all the documents which we have. now i am requesting them to refund the amount which i paid but they are not responding to it.
