The owner Pravin Agarwal of Lokhandwala Watches is a rude arrogant ### who shows off his intelligence and superiority to his staff, wife (who helps him at the shop) and even his customers if they make common sense to him. Has no regard for intelligence over his own. He sells fake watches on another counter in the same shop under some original watches as an eye wash. To top it all his charges are extremely high compared to the market and is a complete rip-off even when it comes to repairs and servicing. On the contrary his wife is an extremely polite and helping personality including his staff. One of his staff informed me that due to his unwarranted behaviour they have lost many important customers over the years.
I would request all of the future potential customers to stay aware of this professionally rude and arrogant pickpocket under the name of Lokhandwala Watches near Lokhandwala Market roundabout in Andheri West. The same road LEADING to Kokilaben Ambani Hospital.
