This is to report you that staff in soon hospital Mumbai is not proper and they don't k ow how to behave with patients and their relatives they scold care takers and also they don't care about the patients as well make fun of their pain even after doctor asking at least 2 relatives to be with a paralysed patient the staff of the hospital asks the care taker outside the ward stating only one is allowed is it so that rules are more important than health even the work that needs to be done by lab person or hospital staff such as delivery of samples to laboratory asking the care taker to stop the saline NS instead of nurse doi g it asking patient to stay outside if they have not received the bed in the name of cleanliness at the same time dustbins are full of garbage overflowing from buckets please do the needful to solve these issues
