On 24.03.2022 I have purchased an air cooler from this website. 1499 rupees has reduced from my account after payment. But, i did not received any confirmation message or email regarding delivery. I tried to call their customer service the number is switched off. I informed my bank and cyber cell about this on the same day. Bank told me that Merchant has settled the amount in the next day. Cyber cell closed my complaint without taking any action. I can still see that so many people are becoming their prey. Is there any hope that I'll get my money back? Was this information helpful? |
