An order NO.76349 dated 10/04/22 for rs.2999 having item- Havells Air Coolar booked online and prepaid through UPI- Paytm.
the website has no option to trace the order. the help desk number [protected] not reachable (incoming call barred) . the booked status or delivery/dispatch status is not confirmed either by mail or whatsapp.
it seems like a fraud with me.
Rqst eliminate/ban this type of firm to online sell over website. Also rqst to recover the paid amount rs.2999/- or arrange to deliver the booked items at the earliest.
