London Britches — Cooler / not received product still / fraud

I have ordered Crompton Optimus Desert Air Cooler- 65L; with 18” Fan, Everlast Pump, Large & Easy Clean Ice Chamber, Humidity Control; White & Black Rs 2399 and i have not received any order statement in email id i provided. I tried to call the contact number which on their website but and its switched off.
