I had placed an order on line on 29-4-23 for the purchase of Oneplus Power Bank 10KmAh for my mobile. The cost of the power bank was indicated as Rs.799.After providing all the details I was taken to payment sight-viz-PAYTM. I paid the amount through Citibank credit card. Immediately a pop appeared
in my computer indicating the order number as 108818.I waited for the copy of my order and confirmation of payment from the seller to my mail ID as well as to my mobile phone by means of SMS. No such intimation was received .Immediately I called the mobile No:+91 [protected] as displayed in the Londonbritish.shop web portal. Also I sent enquiry mail to [protected]@londonbritish.shop.All my calls to the said mobile number got disconnected automatically. Only on 30-=4-23, I came to know that the mobile number is fake and the said company has been continuously indulging to cheat the public in the same method. Till today I have not received any communication from the company. The amount paid is nothing but a fraudulent transaction by PAYTMI give below the transaction reference number generated by Citibank at the time of effecting the payment of Rs.799.

I have also registered my complaint with Citibank about the dispute over the transaction on 30-4-23, 01-5-23 and 02-1-23.which is under investigation.
