This is to bring to your attention the malfunction in Longway Elite Plus IC 2000 Watt Induction Cooktop and melting of its glass top. I had sent this for replacement on 30.12.24 but they have not sent the replacement to me till date despite repeated reminders through telephonic calls and messages. This Longway Elite Plus IC 2000 Watt Induction Cooktop was under warranty and longway executives assured me on call for replacement.
Register my complaint against longway for non compliance on replacement warranty for the product .
