I honestly didn’t even want to give this company one star, but unfortunately there’s no lower option.
I purchased an exhaust fan directly from their official website, expecting at least a basic level of quality and service. What I received was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
First, they shipped the product through an extremely cheap logistics provider. Delivery took 7–8 days, and the package arrived in poor condition. When I opened it, there wasn’t even an invoice inside the box.
The real shock came after unboxing the exhaust fan itself. The front panel was covered with scratches, the white color had already turned pale and worn out, and there was no protective film — something that is normally present on brand-new products. It genuinely looked like a used, returned, or refurbished product being resold under the name of a “discount.”
When I contacted customer support for a return, they casually told me that the scratches were “normal” and blamed the logistics company. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept trying to convince me to keep the damaged product.
After repeatedly insisting that I wanted a refund because the product quality was unacceptable, they told me that *I* would have to pay the return shipping charges myself and send it back to their warehouse. On top of that, they said there was only a “1% chance” of getting a refund after inspection.
Imagine that — the customer receives a damaged product, pays for it, then is asked to spend even more money to return it, with no guarantee of a refund. That is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam.
This entire experience has destroyed my trust in this brand. I would strongly advise people to stay away from companies that treat customers this way and appear to push damaged or refurbished products without accountability.
