I have placed order in lookpansito which is online shopping store on 14th October.
It is given that order would be delivered within 12- 14 business days. Today is 2nd November and I still have neither received order nor tracking status of my order. Their website is also not reachable now. I tried to contact them by customer care number, the number is switched off and by email (No reply) . Please do let me know what should be the further process to stop this fraud.

I have placed an order of 3tops on 19th of Oct 2020, neither received order not tracking status...have emailed them but no rply...plz help me wat shud I do now

I order on 13 oct and they sent a normal message that the product will reach on 31 oct. but till now no response from them and the contact information is total fake . Just be aware of this online shopping scam .
