Updated by Madhu1610 After calling the customer service number mentioned on the company Facebook page, I received a call from the customer service executive, asking me to install a suspicious app on my mobile in order to register a complaint. I received a warning saying the app is not secure.I refused to install this app, and therefore wa declined a refund.
