I placed a prepaid order 67780 for a Loom Solar product through their official website, but even after several days, the order status remained unchanged with no sign of dispatch. I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and phone, but received no response on any channel. Their complete lack of communication and customer support is deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I feel cheated and strongly regret trusting this company.
