I had ordered for a pair of bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones (Black) that the website was offering at a discounted price of rs 2999. I ordered the product with cod facility. The product arrived at my given address and i paid the courier delivery guy the required amount. When i opened the parcel i discovered that i had got a pair of i7s twins true wireless earbuds available on the street for rs 300. I felt totally cheated. I have emailed them on their given email id but there has been no response. The customer care number mentioned on their website is a false one and i keep getting the message that this number does not exist.
I just want to get the product i ordered or my money back. I also do not want anyone else falling into this trap and going through the same predicament. Was this information helpful? |
