[Resolved]  Lotte Fruitz Toffee — packing of the toffee

M/s Fruitz toffee Recently i purchased some fruitz toffee. The toffee is excellent with different flavours. My complaint is regarding the packing of the toffees.It is very difficult to tear the thin plastic wrapper to get a toffee. Children are the most common customers and it is very difficult for them to tear the plastic wrapper and eat the toffee. Several times the toffee melts inside and get stuck to the plastic wrapper.Do not know how safe it is . Often i have seen their parents throwing away the toffees due to the difficulty of opening the thin plastic wrapper of the toffee. I request your good self to look into this and to provide a simple and safe packing for the toffees, so that it will be easy to open even for a child. Hope to see a change immediately. Regards laxmi
