In case of cancellation of new admission of my daughters, amya pandey and aarna pandey in class-vii & ii respectively, considering the intolerable financial loss as well as legal constraints to be occurred at noida..
For new admission of my daughters, i had deposited a sum of rs. 2, 32, 600/- (1, 16, 300+1, 16, 300 =
2, 32, 600/-) towards admission fees.
During admission cancel information, we briefed school about my genuine grievance over telephone and
Mail. But i am very surprised to get a total refund of rs. 1, 42, 600/- (71, 300+71, 300= 1, 42, 600/-,
Meaning thereby, a sum of rs. 90, 000/- has been deducted (Rs. 45000/- towards per daughter).

On the one hand, the government of india has given a slogan “beti bachao – beti padhao” to
Promote the education skills and adopting the lines of central government, government o[censored]ttar pradesh
Is also taking advanced steps to boost up education of children, especially girls child, but on the
Other hand, deduction of such a huge amount is not justified and is defeating the aim of providing
“education to girls” of the state government/central government.

Apart from it, as per right of children to free and compulsory education, the education to 25% children
With all other facilities in private schools are being given free of cost, but ignoring all such
Initiatives, my genuine grievance is not being considered,.

We request for refund from school

Lotus valley is touted as having the best infrastructure in noida but I am sorry to say that all this is just to show and not for use of students. They have lifts but do not allow children to use them and ask them to climb up and down 4 stories each day at least four times a day. They have auditorium but make children sit on cold floors in early mornings of winter. They have covered passage to classes but ask children to walk in open in full rain. The children I am talking about are of age 5 to 9. Their teachers are not even aware of basics and teach wrong spellings and basics.

    Will write more in future

I submitted fees in mayoor for nursery admission[protected] at the time of fee submission i asked them about their withdrawal policy they said they will return back whole amount after deducting admission only if i will apply for withdrawal before march 2013. I applied for admission withdrawal after 2 days of fees deposited and i confirmed the refund policy again with accounts departments and got the same reply. when i received cheque after a month time they deducted double amount. When i called accounts people for clarification they said we got the order from management maam. I really wonder to know on what principles these schools are running.
I have got an flat in a gated community i have never occupied it neither ever given on rent the association is charging monthly maintenance of RS 8000 per month including the club charges though i agreed to pay 50 percent of the total mainyenance or the compulsory part but they are presurring to pay full

The DM of Noida has ordered that all the schools in Noida have to be shut on account of the impending cold wave. Lotus valley school has turned a deaf war to the order . The school is still functioning and those children who were absent on account of the order which was published in the newspaper are being punished by the teachers for take leave. This is very pathetic and shows the school in poor light.
