Lotus Zing Apartment — Dog attacking residents

I stay in Lotus Zing Apartment in sector 168, Noida . We have several street dogs in our society but one of them has become very aggressive and have started attacking the pets and residents. I have also been attacked twice. Despite of several complains by me and also other residents the society management is not taking any action. Several biting accidents have already taken place in our society. I request you to please take that particular dog to the animal shelter.
We are literally scared of walking in the society also.
