Loudspeakers — very loud noise

Hi i am living in lingampally near temple someone fixed fixed speakers to current poles in all around a temple near by.. Landmark is angaara hotel... Nr gulmohar park... And operating with very loud sound. This is disturbing us from past 2 days. I am preparing for competitive exams, unable to concentrate on my studies. Please take action immediately. The sound is more than 60 decibels. Any sound more than 60 decibels will become noise pollution. Date
