Louis Philippe (Vm Lptuch) — Points redeemed, bill not generated , product not handed over

I had taken one t-shirt worth Rs1100 from store against my points.
1744 Points were redeemed from my account. But since there was some problem in bill generation. SInce the bill was not generated t-shirt was not given to me.The person at store said to get the material billed after two three days.This happened at Bistupur, Jamshedpur showroom on 14th August 16.
When I visited again after three days on 17th August. I was told points my points are still not loaded. We will let you know once the points are loaded.
August is my birthday month and additional 500 points were loaded as birthday gift.

I have lost all my points and I have not got anything against it, Please reload my points so that I can redeem the points and take my product.
