I ordered a product from Love Bird Lingerie (Order ID:[protected]. The product quality was not as shown, so I requested a return, which they claim to accept. However, after my return request, they not only ignored my messages and calls but also blocked me from their WhatsApp and Instagram.
Later, when I tried to communicate, I was insulted. They said their brand is "premium" and not for customers like me. They even said, “If you wanted to return, why did you accept the order?” — even though their own website has a return policy.
This is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and mentally hurtful. As a customer, I have every right to return an item I’m not satisfied with.
I demand:
A proper apology for the rude and classist behavior.
A clear refund update or return confirmation.
I request action to be taken against such unethical business practices.
