I paid my professional fee for admission on 20th August 2021. Then due to some reasons I wanted to cancel my admission so I emailed them the same on 15th of September 2021. They received my case on 28 of September 2021. The last date of admission was 30th of August 2021.
My refund was stuck and they didn't contacted me for a whole month.
Their policy said if refund is taken on or before 15 days from the last date of admission Rs 1000 processing fee will be taken and rest will be refunded. As you can see in first file attached.
So i emailed them yesterday and today they replied that you aren't eligible for refund saying.
"This is to inform you that the amount deduction as per refund policy 2020 one exceed the amount towards the fee deposited by you hence no refund is payable".
And sent me this new refund policy of "August 2021" which wasn't even their the first time and now they are not refunding my fee. I also attached their email screenshot and their new "Policy" below. Kindly help me as Rs. 10, 000 is a bug amount and i am not able to get it back.
They are just making up excuses and nobody picks up their refund contact number I tried many times.
