Lovely Proffesional University — Lovely professional university not refunding my money

Sir, I had applied for admission in btech cse in lovely professional university. Post application I got a call from the university and I was told that I needed to pay rs ten thousand before appearing in the entrance exam and if I don't pay, I won't get admission even after qualifying the exam. I paid ten thousand ruppees and started attending online classes. When the entrance exam results were out, I was told that I didn't qualify the exam and hence I couldn't get admission in btech and they would give me admission in some other course like BCA. I applied for refund in october 2020 and they told me that my refund was in process and I would get my money within 15 to 20 days. 3 months have passed and now when I call them, I'm being told that my money cannot be refunded and again and again I'm being told to write emails and I write emails but there is no response. This is clearly fraud. They have done this to many students. I've been cheated in this time of pandemic and crisis. I request you to take an action and get my money refunded.
