I placed an order with the company through online payment. They have dispatch policy of 72 hours from placing the order as per their shipping policy on the website, yet it has been 5 days since I have placed my order and they have yet to dispatch it and provide me with tracking details.
I had also contacted them through email which they have not responded to and their contact number is useless making it impossible to talking to the consumer care executive.
