I have ordered Sturdy bike and paid Rs.1999on 12.08.2022. amount was deducted from my bank account and received a message that they will be processing my order soon and when checked through same site lowcosts.in with order no.99796 it shows that they will send an email with tracking details shortly. but nothing received so far. When I contacted them through their given mobile number on the site [protected], this number is switched off and seems like this is an online fraud, please take necessary actions to resolve this issue, so, no others will be cheated. Hope my money will be back. thanks in advance
