I Did Japan Korea Tour Through LPO & Was A Solo Traveller but had Booked On Double Occupancy as Room Sharing Partner was Provided from their Side & By Profession Am A Freelance Trainer, I Work With Multiple Organisations & I Need To Plan My Month Schedule At The Start of Every Month.
1. The Actual Departure Month Was October, But Embassy Took Time, By Mid November I Got Visa & They Could Have Scheduled my Departure for November Ending But They Came Up With This Lies & Reason That Your Room Sharing Partner Provided From Their Side Did Last Minute Cancellation So I Finally Went In Dec, As I Am A Freelancer I Faced A Loss Of Almost 120000 As My Sept & October Last 2 Weeks Went Unproductive & I Had Already Mailed My Organization About My Unavailability & Once Informed and Approved It Can't Be Taken Back, November Just 2 Days Before The Departure, I Packed My Bag & Got A Call From LPO & whereas they Informed That Your Room Sharing Partner Did Last Minute Cancellation For Any XYZ Reason Due To Which My 2 Weeks Went Unproductive of Both the Months October & November & I Faced A Huge Loss As my Family Is Dependent On My Monthly Earnings.
2. They Also Charged Me Very High, For The Same Tour They Charged 210000 From Other Members & They Charged me 267000 On Double Occupancy For the Same Thing.
3. Services Were Also Not Up To The Mark, They Charged Very Good Amount But Provided Very Cheap and Third Class Services, Also Sharing the Feedback of All Tour Members, Everyone had an Horrible Experience Here.
I Need Compensation of The Loss of Rs.120000 Due to Unproductive Time & By Doing Last Minute Cancellation, The Company Needs to Deliver All The Expectations & Deliverables on Time.
