Kindly excuse my encroachment in your precious time for sympathetic consideration for the following facts that:-

I beg to draw your kind attention about a ongoing unauthorised/illegal construction at property 2/16 Rajinder Nagar New Delhi 1100060, New Delhi Which is constructed without any approved sanction plan & it is against the plans of building bye-law.

First of all I want to tell you that.this property is not belongs to this person, It have 3 more share.This property was belongs to my father and without will this person took the property without other brother's consent.I can make sure you that I did not give the consent to put my younger brothers name he illegally took this property on his name.


I humbly request you to please look into whole matter personally and took every necessary and strict action.
