Bought the house in 2018, I am the owner of 5C 305 unit, my tenants complained about seepage in the hall and now it has resulted in short circuit, without electrical power to kitchen, door bell and one of the wash room. Raised complaints many times but it's not being attended. it's been 8 months now. Helpdesk escalated the issue to level three but then no action taken. they have kept the request open and pending with no action. Called the maintenance department of Provident phase II, they are saying they are not fixing any seepage issues, I need to get it done from outside. Can any one o[censored] guide me ?
