L&t Infotech — Unable to with draw my PF amount from L&T Mindtree

I just wanted to draw my PF amount from L&T Mindtree however the SSC portal L&T has for PF withdrawal doesn't work. First it says to transfer the amount to L7T Trust and with all the difficulty I have transferred the amount now to with draw the amount, the bank details on the portal got deliberately greyed out and I tried to reach out to SSC help as mentioned on the SSC portal however email doesn't work and phone support keep asking for the PF number which doesn't accept the details that you provide.
