We placed an order with LTOnline (Order no. #[protected] on July 16, 2020 and paid Rs.10, 373 (including GST). 15-20 days later we submitted an email application to the company requesting them to cancel the order since they took much time to process the order. But there was no reply from the company's side to the email. Hence, we waited for the goods to get delivered or for the money to get refunded to our account. In the meantime we tried calling all the phone numbers available on the company's website but no one picked up the call. We also wrote many more emails to the company to refund the amount but with no avail. The order was placed on July 16, 2020 and today it is November 4, 2020 which is almost 5 months.
So request Mr. Dhadhi (Proprietor) of LTOnline to look into the matter and honour the order or provide refund. Or he may get ready to be sued for conducting such fraudulent practices. Was this information helpful? |
