I have placed an Order #[protected] on "ltonlinestore.com" for a 'Logitech C310 Web Cam'.
After payment, I have received mails with Order info/invoice. Also I have received another mail with details for accessing their website and track my order.
I accessed the site several time to find my order status as "Processing".
Order was placed on 30th May 2020. There is NO status message or mail with progress in the order processing.
I tried to CALL several times the numbers given in the website "ltonlinestore.com" and also in the mail with order confirmation. Not able to connect to anyone over there.
I tried to send email "[protected]@ltonlinestore.in" requesting status couple of times. NO response to my emails.
LOOKS LIKE IT IS A FRADUALENT ONLINE STORE - exploiting the COVID -19 situation.
