A plot opposite to house no. C-1/147 to C- 1/149 at Vishwas Khand-1, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow- 226010 is lying unreconstructed for about 32 years or more. This plot has become a dumping ground of garbage and wastes which is creating inhuman situation to the nearby residents. The person who is owning this plot is not interesting to construct a house or to sale it out further. His contact number is [protected] and his name is Mr. T. S. Hora. There is a rule that in case a residential plot is kept without any construction for a period of 5 or more year then it's allotment may be cancelled to allot it to any other needy keeping in view that the present owner has no need of it. A complaint was also made to LDA, the concerned Authority, by nearby residents but no action has been taken.
