[Resolved] Luharia Technologies Pvt Ltd/ Vote4cash/ Smebank.in — Mentally harassment and recovering huge charges above 45% per month | |||
Dear Sir/madam, This is Prashant Patel from Ahmedabad. I took a loan from Vote4cash and smebank.in website from Luharia technologies Pvt Ltd. Suddenly I meet an accident and not repay the same on that day I already send all abidance for the same. Now after three months of loan taking they are recovering 45 to 50% charges on principal amount. They are threatening me, my office colleagues, friends, relatives and doing mentally harassment on all my phone contact using their application. I am totally depressed from mental torture from them. I am asking for my loan account statement so I can understand about charges calculation.But after many reminder on mail they are not providing the same. We are waiting from last 4 days for the same but still not received my ledger account statement just because of same charges is not as per RBI guidelines. The main people behind this scam are K.K jain, Mr bhushan as per my knowledge.They are not doing lending business as per RBI guidelines not have a lending license obtained from RBI rules and regulations. Kindly take strictly action against them and please help me from the mentally harassment from company recovery agents. Not resolved...They are harrased on call and said come at home and office for recovery without any intimation or communication in any time. I am really tired from them. Kindly take necessary action on this Luharia technologies Pvt Ltd company . Operated as VOTE4CASH AND SMEBANK.IN.

Dear Prashanth, my name is Gangaraju.I'm also victim. they theft the contact details from mobile phone. they called to all my relatives, friends, my office management, my house owner. I have lost the job and my house owner called and told me to vacate the house. Already I filed a complaint to ministry of corporate affairs, consumer court, Reserve Bank of India and cyber crime cell. I won't sleep till I punish them.
