I was going through your complaint about Lunar Astro, but do not you think that Lunar Astro and Deepanshu Giri are already blessings many lives, and c'mon it is just a technical error, it can be resolved easily. I do not think that there is any need to complain about this. One of my friends has enrolled in their course and he is too happy with their technical support and their course. I do not know why people start defaming anyone like this, I also have seen some people telling Lunar Astro is doing this doing that, Deepanshu Giri is this and that, I mean what do you get after doing this. Lunar Astro is one of the best platforms to learn astrology. And Deepanshu Giri has immense knowledge about astrology. For God's sake, stop this and start appreciating people. They are best at their work, stop commenting such rubbish comments on anyone.

No, I'm not agree with you in my point of view Lunar Astro need to work on their website. There website is not user friendly at all every time there is so much of complications. We always need to call on the customer service but yes the best part is that the Lunar Astro team is very helpful they resolve our problem very quick and whenever I need any help regrading my password reset and login issues they are eager to help.
As a old student of Lunar Astro I would really appreciate the immense work of Deepanshu Giri Ji and his knowledge about Astrology. I'm always thankful to Deepanshu sir for changing my life through his learnings.

Totally agree with Rishabh, I also do not get you, I mean Lunar Astro is the best in astrology industry. There is no need to defame anyone like this, LUNAR ASTRO and Deepanshu Giri ji blessing many lives. First of all its not about sense, I also have faced the same issue. I know the technical error is not a big issue but what if someone facing the issue with the Lunar Astro technical thing. Even I have faced this issue many times but yeah I got it all sorted out, But blaming Deepanshu Giri is wrong. He is our Guru and you should not talk about things like that.
At least Deepanshu Giri ji is not doing any fraud like others. He is genuine with his courses and students. No doubt Lunar Astro IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACE to learn astrology even his students hand people out there have given lunar astro reviews.

I do not understand what you mean. I logged in to my Lunar Astro profile a while ago, everything is going well there. Even yesterday nearly 100 students including me, attended the free Badhak Course of Lunar Astro and learnt many wonderful techniques from Deepanshu Giri Ji. There was also, none o[censored]s faced any technical issues. I think whatever you were facing was from your end, and also there might be some server issues going on at that time. But the way you have said things about Lunar Astro in the form of Lunar Astro Reviews, is not acceptable at all. Deepanshu Giri Ji and Lunar Astro are continuously helping the students to solve their problems. I think you should restrain your language before saying anything on an open forum like this about such a popular organization like Lunar Astro.

Also, you haven't mentioned the courses you had enrolled for because I had recently enrolled myself in Badhak and it went super smooth. I did face issues related to enrollment but it got sorted out within couple of hours so you cannot expect the technical part to be 100% completely okay.

The impact of technology is far-reaching in the world today. So, as Lunar Astro is an educational website they are bound to fix all the front end and back end issues. The website of Lunar Astro should be visually pleasing and easy to navigate as students from all over the world visit their website. First, let me know which course of Lunar Astro you have enrolled in? Recently, I enrolled in the Happiness series course of Lunar Astro which is one of the best astrology courses and you can check all the lunar astro reviews for the happiness series. Initially, I was facing some issues to log in, when I contacted the Lunar Astro office, they asked me to check my email where they have already sent the sign-in credential and password for my course. Then I checked my previous email, and yes that email from Lunar Astro was there with the sign-in credential. I used that and successfully logged into my course section; the full course of the Happiness series was there. So, the problem was from my end and Lunar Astro successfully solved my issue within a few hours. This is why I cannot relate to your complain while reading it. I strongly recommend you to check whether you have successfully signed in or not, if any issues you are facing, Lunar Astro is always there to help and solve your problem. Maybe there was some problem on that day when you connected to them as they maintain a very hectic schedule. Better you contact them again and, I strongly believe whatever technical issues you have, will be solved by the Lunar Astro technical team.

I'm in line with you @jayatri22 @consumercomplaint.in I’m also a Student of Luner Astro I recently joined Deepanshu Giri Sir Basic Course Predictive Part 1. As soon as I have enrolled for the course, I have received a confirmation mail and a phone call from Lunar Astro Team. Luner team not only help you in the entire course but also follow up regarding the course. Being a part of Deepanshu Sir Academy I don't want to see this kind of Lunar Astro Reviews about Deepanshu Sir and his team they are doing great job such a gem person Deepanshu Sir is.

Deepanshu Giri sir is the best astrology teacher right now. He is a gift of God to passionate astrology learners. As people around him try to embarrass Deepanshu Sir without having any idea of his Astrology knowledge. I understand how dreadful jealousy can be and how disgusting it can be to others as they can not compete with Deepanshu sir through his knowledge, they are trying to do backbiting.
I do not know what is your intention in doing such a silly act. You could have simply fixed this type of minor technical issue by contacting Deepanshu Giri Sir's office, but instead, you made some baseless remarks on Deepanshu Giri Sir in this manner.
I have done all the courses of Lunar Astro, I never had any issues that you have mentioned. Deepanshu Giri Ji and Lunar Astro are always available to assist students with their issues.

What I think about this Complaint against Deepanshu Giri Ji and Lunar Astro
In 2020, I joined the predictive astrology part 1 course of Lunar Astro Vedic Academy. At that time, I faced some technical issues similar to those that you have mentioned. I faced a problem regarding page loading speed and other functionality of the website of Lunar Astro. After a few days, I contacted with Lunar Astro technical team, and they solved that problem within one day.
So, the thing is, yes there might be some problems that you have faced. But don't worry Lunar Astro technical team will solve that issue.
Deepanshu Giri sir and Lunar Astro are focused on delivering good content to the students of Lunar Astro. As Deepanshu sir do not have that time to give on the technical things of the website, you can not blame him for any problems on the technical parts. All the back end and front end works are maintained by the technical team of the Lunar Astro.

Yes, I have also faced these technical issues last year during my online astrology course with Deepanshu Ji. Lunar Astro should think about this, as this problem is occurring multiple times with many of the students. The website of lunar astro is outdated. For this reason, students are not able to take advantage of the good content of the course.
